#CosmicKitchen is our YouTube video podcast where #leverxpeople share their expertise on various topics. Each episode is no longer than 8 minutes — a perfect way to get some inspiration and new ideas.

Balancing your professional and personal life can be challenging but essential. That's why work-life balance is the next topic we have chosen for the second episode of our podcast. We invited a guest who has definitely reached a balance. 

How to be a Global Marketing Director, a loving family person, and a part-time snowboarding instructor? Eleanora Barkun is ready to reveal her secrets and provide tips on improving your work-life balance.

Note: We have also launched the #CosmicKitchen contest for everyone to participate in.

Here are the rules:

2. Take photos or videos while cooking and post them on Instagram (story or post).
