LeverX is growing and looking for a driven Enterprise Sales Executive to expand our presence in the Swiss market. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional with deep experience in IT services, strong enterprise relationships, and a passion for consultative, value-based selling.
REQUIREd skills:
- 5–10 years of sales experience selling IT solutions and services to enterprise customers across various industries.
- Proven record of success in prospecting, relationship building, and closing key logo accounts.
- Experience managing C-level and senior-level relationships in the Swiss mid-size and enterprise market.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed sales environment.
- Self-starter with strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Multilingual: German and English required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and drive the full sales cycle — from opportunity origination through deal closure.
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong and predictable sales pipeline.
- Lead customers through a consultative, solution-oriented sales process aligned to their business needs.
- Prospect for new customers using direct methods, business networking, and lead generation tools.
- Develop and execute account strategies for mid-size and enterprise customers.
- Build and manage relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with consulting, delivery, and marketing teams to support sales efforts.
- Work closely with global and regional sales teams to develop compelling sales strategies, optimize processes, and manage risk.
- Execute the company’s go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
- Participate in global and local industry events.
- Work with international teams and contribute to global account initiatives.
