We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join us. Let’s see if we are a good fit for each other!

Project:

Grow our client base in California by establishing strong relationships with both startups and enterprise clients. 

The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, expanding market presence, and positioning LeverX & Emerline as trusted technology partners. 

REQUIREd skills:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development in tech services or software development.
  • Solid understanding of both startup and enterprise procurement cycles.
  • Strong professional network within the startup, VC, and/or enterprise innovation space.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across technical and marketing teams.

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Industry domain expertise (e.g., HealthTech, FinTech, Retail, Logistics).
  • Knowledge of SAP or enterprise IT solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and close new business opportunities with startups and enterprises.
  • Represent Emerline at industry events and build relationships with VCs, incubators, and tech leaders.
  • Leverage Hyperscalers partnerships and networks to drive client acquisition.
  • Partner with marketing on lead generation and run a consultative sales process aligned with client needs.
  • Manage a healthy pipeline in HubSpot and collaborate with pre-sales/delivery teams on tailored proposals.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends, providing regular insights and updates to leadership.
  • Build relationships with VCs, incubators, corporate innovation teams, and technology leaders.
  • Engage in consultative selling by aligning client needs with Emerline’s services.
