required skills:

  • Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or BI Specialist.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI (dashboards, reports, custom visuals).
  • Expertise in DAX, T-SQL, and data modeling techniques (star schema, snowflake schema, dimensional models).
  • Solid understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and experience integrating with Azure-based data sources (Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, Data Lake).
  • Experience implementing and managing row-level security (RLS), workspace governance, and performance optimization in Power BI.
  • Knowledge of data quality and data governance practices in BI solutions.
  • English B2+.

nice-to-have skills:

  • Experience with Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, and advanced integration scenarios.
  • Familiarity with KQL (Kusto Query Language) for Azure Monitor/Log Analytics.
  • Certifications such as PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst Associate) or DP-600 (Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate).
  • Exposure to Snowflake, Databricks, or other modern data platforms.


    responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
  • Build and manage semantic models to optimize data storage, retrieval, and usability.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to integrate data from Azure services (e.g., Synapse, Fabric, Data Lake, Databricks).
  • Optimize BI solutions for performance, scalability, and usability.
  • Ensure data integrity, quality, and governance across BI assets.
  • Support stakeholders and business units in defining KPIs and transforming requirements into BI solutions.
