REquired skills:
- 7+ years of SAP data migration experience.
- Proven track record as Data Migration Lead in full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data structures and integration points.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Migration Cockpit and related tools.
- Experience with multi-entity rollouts, complex transformations, and tight timelines.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and data quality management skills.
- Experience working in large-scale transformation programs.
- English B2+.
responsibilities:
- Define and own the overall data migration strategy and governance framework.
- Identify and manage migration scope (master data, open items, balances, transactional data).
- Lead data profiling, cleansing, and harmonization activities.
- Plan and execute migration cycles (mock loads, dress rehearsal, cutover).
- Coordinate extraction, transformation, loading, and reconciliation processes.
- Ensure alignment with functional, technical, and business teams.
- Track data quality KPIs and manage risks and escalations.
- Secure business validation and formal data sign-off before go-live.
