Required skills:
- 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering roles, with a focus on NLP/LLMs, generative AI, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Python (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.), vector databases (Chroma, Vanna, PGVector), and cloud-based AI services.
- Understanding of LLM evaluation methodologies, ability to articulate the pros/cons of approaches.
- Upper-Intermediate English with strong client-facing skills — you can lead meetings, clarify requirements, and explain technical trade-offs confidently.
responsibilities:
- Architect and implement data processing pipelines for LLM-powered applications, focusing on RAG, text generation, and knowledge extraction from customer data.
- Develop and execute performance evaluation protocols for large language models (LLMs), including the analysis of key metrics and trade-offs for various AI approaches.
- Participate in the end-to-end development of LLM solutions, from requirements gathering and prototyping PoCs to deploying scalable APIs and microservices.
- Stay ahead of AI advancements by researching and adopting emerging techniques like fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and multimodality.
