REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, business development, or sales (experience in the IT field is a plus);
- A deep understanding of management principles and personnel motivation;
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a multitasking environment;
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively to establish positive working relationships;
- Proficiency in Latvian and a high level of English.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement business development strategies;
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients;
- Plan and coordinate office operations;
- Collaborate with the founder to coordinate company operations;
- Work with an accounting firm for financial management;
- Maintain reports and oversee the office budget;
- Manage the company's document flow;
- Participate in cultivating corporate culture;
- Contribute to the development of the company's regional growth strategy;
- At later stages of office deployment, manage all business operations.
