REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the IT industry;
- Proven track record in developing business with specific expertise in the UK market;
- Experience in SAP business, including implementation, consulting, application development projects in Digital Supply Chain (DSC), Procurement, SAP S/4HANA migration, and Business
- Technology Platform (BTP), etc;
- Knowledge of custom software engineering, Innovative/AI projects, with the ability to cater to startups, mid-size, and enterprise companies;
- Great knowledge and Sales expertise in FinTech, Healthcare, E-learning domains;
- Strong understanding of the IT outsourcing industry and market trends;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the IT industry;
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify market opportunities and develop effective business strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute business development strategies for the UK market;
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients;
- Coordinate with internal teams for SAP and custom software engineering projects;
- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and business plans to stakeholders;
- Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust strategies accordingly.
