REQUIREMENTS
- Higher education in economics, finance, accounting or management.
- Certificates and diplomas in specialized programs (for example, ACCA, CIMA, CPA + Professional accountant of the Republic of Kazakhstan) are must.
- Experience in the field of management accounting for at least 5 years.
- Experience in developing methods and regulations for management accounting.
- Deep knowledge of management accounting.
- Experience with software products to automate accounting and budgeting (for example, SAP, Oracle, 1C).
- Skills in analyzing financial information and reporting.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- High level of responsibility and organization.
- Communication skills and ability to work in a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development of Methodologies take into account the specifics of the company and industry.
- Integration of new techniques into existing business processes.
- Development of instructions and regulations to ensure the effective implementation and application of methods.
- Conducting an analysis of current management accounting processes.
- Identification of bottlenecks and proposals for process optimization.
- Development of measures to improve the efficiency of management accounting.
- Participation in the implementation of developed methods in the practical activities of the company.
- Training and consulting employees on new techniques.
- Monitoring the correct application of methods.
- Regular updating of methods, taking into account changes in legislation and internal corporate requirements.
- Adaptation of methods to changes in the organizational structure and business processes of the company.
- Drawing up detailed and understandable methodological documents.
- Ensuring that documentation is accessible to all interested parties.
- Presentation of developed methods and proposals to company management.
- Reasoned justification for proposed changes and innovations.
- Interaction with various departments of the company to obtain the necessary information and agree on changes.
- Collaboration with IT specialists to automate management accounting processes.
