required skills:

• 4+ years of hands-on UI design experience with a strong, results-driven portfolio.

• Expert proficiency in Figma and experience with enterprise design systems.

• Ability to create visual and graphic content from scratch, including AI-assisted tools.

• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and modern web design fundamentals.

• Knowledge of usability, accessibility, and best UX practices.

• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., GA, Hotjar, Clarity) and data-informed design.

Nice-to-have skills:

• • Experience with motion design for interfaces, using tools such as: Figma Smart Animate, Principle, Adobe After Effects

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, maintain, and improve UI for corporate and client websites, including high-quality landing pages.

• Create interactions and motion design to enhance user experience.

• Ensure accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA), visual quality, and performance standards.

• Prepare design specs and assets, support development, and perform visual QA.

• Develop and maintain design system components, styles, and tokens.

• Collaborate closely with content, marketing, engineering teams, and stakeholders.
