REQUIREd skills:
- Georgian B2+ and English B1+.
- Basic knowledge in Accounting or Personnel records management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google services.
- Ability to work from our Tbilisi office.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proactive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
- Responsibility, sociability, passion for work, and initiative.
nice-to-have skills:
- Experience as a travel manager, executive assistant, or secretary.
- Experience with Atlassian Software.
responsibilities:
- Office maintenance, developing and executing routines to create a high-class and productive office environment.
- Front office activities incl. handling telephone calls.
- Managing the inventory of office supplies.
- Inducting new employees to their workstations.
- Personnel record management.
- Coordinating correspondence.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (fax machines, printers, etc.).
