Office Manager

Do you want to become a part of a growing international IT company? We are looking for a pro-active Office Manager to ensure its smooth operation. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good command of English (verbal and written) – minimum of intermediate level;
  • Polish at least B2 level;
  • Experience as a travel manager, event manager, executive assistant, or secretary is a plus;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, Atlassian Software is a plus);
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure;
  • Knowledge of the Accounting field is a plus;
  • Proactive attitude, excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently;
  • Responsibility, sociability, passion for work, initiative.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Office maintenance, developing and executing routines to create a high-class and productive office environment;
  • Front office activities: telephone calls handling;
  • Manage inventory of office supplies;
  • Inducting new employees to their workstations;
  • Controlling correspondence;
  • HR Department support;
  • Event support;
  • Hands-on experience with office machines (fax machines, printers, etc.).
