REQUIREMENTS
- experience in SAP Service Management (former SAP CRM);
- Background as business analyst, product owner or SAP consultant;
- experience in working with JIRA, MURAL, Visio (or any similar tools to build diagrams);
- upper-intermediate+ writing and speaking English;
- good communication skills;
- understanding of basic integration points between SAP areas: material management, logistics (return order, shipping), sales and distribution (sales orders, billing), asset management (equipment).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work as Product Owner for SAP Service Management product;
- Communication with stakeholders and other product owners on functional and technical requirements;
- Writing all necessary documentation/specifications for development;
- Working with development teams for the requirements implementation;
- Prepare presentations and demonstrations.
