required skills:

    • 5+ years in Program Management / PMO / Delivery Governance roles.
    • Experience managing large-scale, multi-team delivery programs.
    • Strong background in software engineering environments.
    • Proven experience working with executive stakeholders.
    • Experience with roadmap tracking, reporting, and delivery governance.
    • Strong analytical and structured thinking.
    • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
    • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and reporting dashboards.
    • English B2+. 

nice-to-have skills:

  • Experience working in global, distributed teams.
  • Exposure to Agile at scale (SAFe, LeSS, or similar).
  • Experience in product-driven organizations.
  • Background in consulting or transformation programs. 

responsibilities:

  • Ensure end-to-end visibility of the global delivery roadmap, tracking progress across initiatives and identifying risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
  • Define and maintain governance frameworks, reporting standards, and KPIs while continuously improving delivery processes and operating models.
  • Deliver clear, data-driven reports, dashboards, and presentations to leadership to support informed decision-making.
  • Lead regular program reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to monitor performance, address issues, and drive accountability.
  • Act as a central point of alignment between Product, Engineering, and Leadership, ensuring effective cross-team collaboration.
  • Support roadmap planning and execution, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives, key initiatives, and delivery milestones.
