REQUIREMENTS
- Over 1 year of experience in recruitment;
- Proficient in various recruiting tools and interviewing techniques;
- Collaborative experience with hiring managers as a business partner, including identifying issues in the hiring process, discussing them, and suggesting solutions;
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively;
- Excellent negotiation skills;
- Results-oriented approach;
- Proficient in spoken English at an intermediate level or above.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducting searches and recruiting candidates for our business partners across various markets;
- Analyzing requirements, creating candidate profiles, researching the labor market, and identifying suitable candidates;
- Organizing online meetings and interviews;
- Working with the internal CRM system;
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers and your future team.
