REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 5+ years in B2B IT services/solutions sales, including at least 2+ years of successful sales in the MENA region.
  • Practical experience with SAP ecosystem (S/4HANA/RISE/BTP) and/or selling custom development & AI use cases (IDP, RAG, ML).
  • Proven track record closing $200K–$2M TCV deals with long sales cycles (6–12+ months) and complex Procurement/InfoSec/Legal negotiations.
  • Understanding of regional specifics: in-person meetings (GCC), approvals hierarchy, and assistant coordination.
  • Familiarity with procurement practices & portals (e.g., KSA Etimad; UAE eSupply/Dubai Smart Supplier; Qatar Monaqasat; Kuwait CAPT; Bahrain Tender Board).
  • Strong professional network or ability to quickly build relationships with CIO/CTO/Heads of SAP, Procurement, SAP AEs/CSAs, and hyperscaler partners.
  • Tools: CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), Sales Navigator, Outreach/Salesloft, calling platforms (Aircall/Twilio).
  • English C1+.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Experience with public/semipublic sector and large holdings in MENA, including awareness of data residency and InfoSec/DPA requirements.
  • Relationships with local integrators/resellers; experience with co-sell/deal registration.
  • AI pilot success stories (IDP, chat assistants, forecasting) with measurable SLAs and business outcomes.
  • Basic technical fluency: integrations (API/BTP/CPI), ABAP ecosystem, cloud architecture.
  • Knowledge of French or Arabic.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead outbound prospecting across ICP accounts (Enterprise/Upper-Mid): TAL, multi-step LinkedIn/email sequences, cold calling, and messenger outreach (with consent).
  • Conduct discovery and qualification (MEDDICC), coordinate presales/architecture, and prepare commercial proposals.
  • Drive pilots/PoCs (AI/integrations) and convert to delivery (T&M/Fixed Price/AMS).
  • Manage RFPs/tenders & procurement cycles: pre-bid questions, deadlines, Legal/InfoSec coordination.
  • Develop account plans: stakeholder mapping, expansion, cross-sell (EWM/IBP/Ariba/SF; AI/IDP).
  • Co-sell with SAP AEs/CSAs and hyperscaler partner managers (AWS/Azure/GCP); complete vendor registrations at target accounts.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy; report activities and sales progression.
