REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B IT sales or business development.
- Strong understanding of the SAP ecosystem, ERP solutions, or enterprise consulting services.
- Proven ability to sell complex IT solutions to enterprise customers.
- Experience working with partners, system integrators, or consulting companies.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Economics, or a related field.
- English C1+ and Lithuanian C1+.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in Lithuania and Europe
- Promote LeverX services: SAP implementation, S/4HANA transformations, BTP, SuccessFactors, Ariba, EWM/TM, IBP, AMS, and ML/AI projects.
- Build a sustainable sales pipeline through networking, market research, SAP ecosystem engagement, and outbound activities.
- Engage with SAP Baltic and Nordic partner teams to identify joint opportunities and coordinate go-to-market initiatives.
- Conduct meetings with C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and business leaders.
- Develop strong long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Understand customer business needs and translate them into appropriate LeverX solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
- Work closely with presales, delivery, marketing, and global sales teams.
- Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and RFP/RFQ responses.
- Align with internal delivery teams to ensure accurate scoping and forecasting.
- Participate in conferences, SAP events, and industry forums in the Baltics.
- Maintain accurate sales data and pipeline updates in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).
Provide regular forecasts and market insights to regional leadership.
