REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 years of experience in a relevant position.
- SAP certification(s) in relevant modules or project management.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Familiarity with tools like Solution Manager, ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar ITSM platforms.
- Prior experience in managing AMS transitions and hypercare support phases.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and AMS best practices.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership skills, deep technical understanding, and excellent stakeholder management to ensure smooth post-implementation support and operational excellence.
- English - Upper-Intermediate or higher.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the SAP AMS team to provide support, maintenance, and enhancements for SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, etc.).
- Manage end-to-end incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business users, IT stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Coordinate with SAP functional and technical consultants to resolve complex issues and implement improvements.
- Monitor system performance, analyze recurring issues, and drive root cause analysis.
- Plan and manage minor enhancements, break-fix work, and service requests.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer, documentation, and training for support teams.
- Continuously assess AMS delivery efficiency and implement best practices for service optimization.
- Participate in governance meetings, prepare reporting dashboards, and support audits/compliance requirements.
