REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of consulting experience with SAP solutions implementation in the invoicing area (SAP Ariba or/and SAP S/4HANA).
- Knowledge of e-invoicing restrictions and obstacles in different regions/countries.
- Experience in identifying Customer's pain points and building trusted relationships.
- Experience in identifying process improvements and benefits from SAP solutions implementation.
- Good knowledge of the business processes related to invoicing and taxes management (EU and US regional knowledge is preferred).
- Understanding of SAP ISBN positioning and solutions overview.
- Advantage: understanding of taxes management in the US.
- Advantage: experience with different e-invoicing and invoice reconciliation solutions (for example, ReadSoft).
- Advantage: knowledge & experience with other areas (procure-to-pay, sourcing, supplier management).
- Advantage: German language.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implementation & support for invoice and tax management solutions to end Customers (SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA): including all the phases - Prepare, Explore/Design, Realize, Testing, Cutover, Go-Live, Support, Continuous Improvement.
- Customers' guidance on the invoice reconciliation best practices (country- or industry-specific).
- Participation in presale activities (solutions demonstrations, proposals preparation and presentation to the Customers).
