REquired skills:

- 5+ years of relevant SAP FI/CO consulting or industry experience.
- Deep understanding of SAP FI/CO capabilities and differences across SAP ECC, S/4HANA Private Cloud, and S/4HANA Public Cloud.
- Participation in at least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Cloud (RISE or GROW) implementations from pre-sales to delivery, with at least one in a workstream lead role.
- Experience supporting pre-sales activities across the sales cycle, with the ability to position S/4HANA Cloud value, tailor messaging for stakeholders, and align scope with business priorities.
- Hands-on experience with Agile and SAP Activate project delivery methodologies.
- Familiarity with SAP BTP topics, including extensibility, integration (SAP Integration Suite), analytics (SAP Analytics Cloud), and business process automation as they apply to Finance.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% across the US for client engagements.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Nice-to-have skills:
- SAP certification in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Knowledge of SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversions and Finance data migrations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Production Planning and Quality Management processes in SAP S/4HANA (Private and Public Cloud), including MRP, routings, production orders, capacity planning, shop floor control, quality inspections, notifications, and batch management.
- Take a lead role in pre-sales activities by facilitating client discovery workshops, scoping solution approaches, preparing tailored demonstrations, and collaborating with sales and business development teams to shape proposals and delivery models aligned with client objectives.
- Support proposal development and RFP responses for manufacturing transformation initiatives under RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP.
- Deliver full-cycle SAP S/4HANA projects using Agile and SAP Activate methodologies.
- Ensure robust integration of PP/QM with MM, SD, CO, and external shop-floor or quality systems.
- Facilitate client workshops and user training to ensure effective adoption and alignment.
- Support the growth of the S/4HANA Implementation Practice by contributing to team development, knowledge sharing, and the evolution of delivery approaches and methodologies.
- Stay current with SAP innovations related to manufacturing, such as PP/DS, SAP Digital Manufacturing, and predictive quality.
