We are looking for an SAP PLM Recipe Development Consultant to join us.

required skills:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring SAP PLM and Recipe Development.

  • Completed at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations, ideally including migrations to or deployments in SAP S/4HANA.

  • Strong domain expertise in process manufacturing environments, specifically Pharmaceuticals and Food & Beverage.

  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAP Business Client applications.

  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and R&D stakeholders. 

  • English B2+.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements and configure SAP PLM Recipe Development, Specification Management, and Handover to Manufacturing.

  • Align Recipe Development with cross-functional SAP modules, particularly Production Planning for Process Industries (PP-PI), Quality Management (QM), and Materials Management (MM).

  • Translate R&D formulations and parameters into structured master data and ensure seamless handover to production.

  • Facilitate Engineering Change Management (ECM) for recipe revisions and document management systems (DMS).

  • Conduct workshops, perform fit-gap analyses, and guide key business users through testing and go-live deployment.
