REQUIREd skills:
-
- 3+ years of experience leading IT projects using SAP S/4HANA, including both functional and technical projects such as system upgrades and greenfield implementations.
- Experience managing 2+ full-cycle SAP projects, preferably involving SAP S/4HANA.
- University degree in IT, business administration, business informatics, computer science, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations and business transformation programs.
- SAP Activate Project Manager or PMI/PRINCE 2 certification.
- Proven experience in risk and issue management, financial management, and stakeholder management.

nice-to-have skills:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations (Greenfield and Brownfield), including a fit-to-standard approach.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects (national and international), including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Manage multiple SAP projects in parallel, ensuring scope, time, cost, and quality targets are met.
- Support pre-sales and sales activities, including effort estimation, solution presentations, and project planning.
- Coordinate cross-functional and vendor teams, providing technical and delivery leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders at the management level.
- Monitor project progress, deliverables, and financials, providing transparent reporting and risk management.
- Foster a collaborative project environment that supports teamwork and knowledge sharing.
