REquired skills:
- 3+ years of experience in IT project management, including both fixed-price and time & material projects.
- Strong knowledge and practical application of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Solid experience in risk management — identifying, analyzing, and mitigating project risks.
- Participation in presale activities, including project estimation and proposal preparation.
- Good technical understanding, including basic knowledge of IT, software development processes, and industry-specific tools.
- Customer-oriented mindset: experienced in identifying client needs, resolving conflicts, and handling claims.
- English B2+ and Polish B2+.

- Experience in SAP project management.
responsibilities:
- Lead SAP development projects as a Project Manager or Scrum Master, ensuring effective execution of scope, timeline, and quality.
- Plan and coordinate all project implementation activities, including roadmap creation and milestone control.
- Facilitate Scrum events and run operational project meetings to support transparency and team alignment.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, contributing to solution scoping, effort estimation, and project proposals.
- Manage project resources, distribute tasks, and ensure optimal workload balance across the team.
- Monitor project progress by gathering implementation data, maintaining schedules, and delivering regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Oversee project budget planning, cost tracking, and financial control while proactively identifying and managing project risks.
