REquired skills:
- Strong expertise in SAP RE-FX module configuration and implementation: master data, valuation rules, and cash flow management.
- Knowledge of lease accounting standards (IFRS 16, ASC 842) and financial integration.
- Proficiency in SAP FI-CO, SAP FI-AA (Asset Accounting), and SAP S/4HANA Real Estate Management.
- Experience with real estate contract management, billing, and property lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience in SAP Fiori, SAP BW/BI, and SAP Analytics Cloud for real estate reporting.
- Strong understanding of business processes in real estate, leasing, and asset management.
- English B2+.
responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive SAP RE-FX solutions for real estate contract and lifecycle management.
- Configure SAP RE-FX for IFRS 16/ASC 842 compliance, integrating with FI-CO for automated lease accounting.
- Integrate RE-FX with SAP FI, CO, and FI-AA for lease obligations, cost allocation, and depreciation.
- Implement solutions for property management, including contract workflows, billing, and digital archiving.
- Ensure seamless RE-FX integration with other SAP modules and develop custom real estate analytics and reports.
- Provide user training, documentation, and post-Go-Live support for SAP RE-FX.
