REQUIREMENTS
- Strong expertise in SAP RE-FX module configuration and implementation.
- Knowledge of lease accounting standards (IFRS 16, ASC 842) and financial integration.
- Proficiency in SAP FI-CO, SAP FI-AA (Asset Accounting), and SAP S/4HANA Real Estate Management.
- Experience with real estate contract management, billing, and property lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience in SAP Fiori, SAP BW/BI, and SAP Analytics Cloud for real estate reporting.
- Ability to configure master data, valuation rules, and cash flow management in SAP RE-FX.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of business processes in real estate, leasing, and asset management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
SAP RE-FX Solution Design & Implementation
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP RE-FX configurations.
- Design and implement real estate contract management solutions for lease-in, lease-out, and property sales.
- Configure contract types, conditions, and cash flow management in SAP RE-FX.
- Implement real estate lifecycle management, including property master data, rental agreements, and maintenance plans.
Lease Accounting & Compliance (IFRS 16 / ASC 842)
- Configure SAP RE-FX for lease contract valuation and IFRS 16/ASC 842 compliance.
- Implement real estate valuation rules and periodic posting processes.
- Integrate lease accounting with SAP FI-CO for automated postings.
- Ensure accurate asset depreciation and financial reporting for real estate properties.
Financial & Controlling Integration
- Integrate SAP RE-FX with SAP FI, CO, and FI-AA (Asset Accounting) to manage lease obligations and expenses.
- Configure cost center allocations, revenue recognition, and depreciation posting for real estate assets.
- Support budgeting and cost control for real estate portfolios.
Real Estate Portfolio & Contract Management
- Implement property management solutions for commercial, retail, and industrial real estate.
- Configure contract workflows, tenant billing, rent adjustments, and escalation clauses.
- Manage contract renewals, terminations, and extensions using SAP RE-FX.
- Optimize document management and digital contract archiving within SAP.
System Integration & Reporting
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP RE-FX with SAP MM (Procurement), SAP PM (Maintenance), and SAP BW/BI for reporting.
- Develop customized real estate dashboards and analytical reports using SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP BW.
- Automate real estate KPI tracking for occupancy rates, lease revenue, and operational costs.
User Training, Documentation & Support
- Provide user training and workshops for real estate teams and finance users.
- Develop detailed user manuals, system documentation, and best practice guidelines.
- Offer post-Go-Live support, troubleshooting, and continuous system enhancements.
