REquired skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText VIM implementation and support.
- Proficiency in VIM exception handling, business rules, approval workflows, and SAP ERP modules: FI (Accounts Payable), MM (Procure to Pay).
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori VIM apps, OCR tools, and Business Center/ICC.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and client-facing communication abilities.
- Experience working in Agile or Waterfall project environments.
- English B2+.
nice-to-have skills:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Ability to debug and interpret ABAP code.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP VIM, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Design and configure invoice workflows, exception handling, and approvals.
- Integrate OpenText VIM with SAP modules (FI, MM, AP) and third-party OCR/scanning tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver VIM enhancements and customizations.
- Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure post-go-live stability.
- Support data migration, UAT, and end-user training with clear documentation.
