Requirements
- At least 5-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the IT industry;
- Proven track record in developing business with specific expertise in the UK market;
- Knowledge of custom software engineering, Innovative/AI projects, with the ability to cater to startups, mid-size, and enterprise companies;
- Great knowledge and Sales expertise in one of or multiple domains: Healthcare, FinTech, E-learning, E-commerce, Manufacturing;
- Will be a plus: experience in SAP business, including implementation, consulting, application development projects in Digital Supply Chain (DSC),
- Procurement, SAP S/4HANA migration, and Business Technology Platform (BTP), etc;
- Strong understanding of the IT outsourcing industry and market trends;
- Self-organized Business Development person with ability to build own Sales funnels and pipelines;
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify market opportunities and develop effective business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies for the UK market;
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients;
- Coordinate with internal teams for custom software engineering projects;
- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and business plans to stakeholders;
- Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust strategies accordingly.
