Our ideal candidate has:
- University degree in technical writing, journalism, research, or similar;
- 1-3 years of experience in a relevant position;
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills;
- Knowledge of SAP services and solutions;
- Experience using CMS and CCMS systems for documentation;
- Ability to write for both technical and end users;
- Ability to work as part of a team.
Your scope of work will include:
- Identifying areas of improvement of user guidance & usability in close collaboration with the development team;
- Documenting technical topics for the developer audience as well as user assistance documents for end users;
- Driving new user assistance approaches that effectively serve customers like (interactive) graphics, animated gifs, how-to videos & social media content;
- Creating user assistance deliverables in a development team that enable users to implement, configure, and use software applications;
- Participating in software & documentation testing;
- Defining simple, consistent terminology that conforms to industry standards;
- Acting as an advocate for excellent user experience.
