required skills:

  • 3+ years of hands-on UI design experience on real-world projects (not academic work).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing recent, production-level design work is required for consideration, and a proven ability to design high-conversion web pages, backed by data or outcomes.
  • Experience creating graphic content from scratch, including the use of AI-assisted tools to enhance design workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Solid understanding of HTML and CSS principles, as well as basic knowledge of SEO and PPC strategies.
  • Good understanding of usability standards, accessibility best practices, heuristics, and modern web design patterns.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including: Components & variants, Auto layout, Design tokens, and Interactive prototyping.
  • English B2+.

Nice-to-have skills:

    • Experience with motion design for interfaces, using tools such as Figma Smart-Animate, Principle, and Adobe After Effects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and maintain the user interface for corporate and client websites, identifying issues, proposing solutions, and recommending implementations. Create engaging and high-quality visuals for landing pages.
  • Develop and implement interactions and motion design.
  • Ensure visual accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA compliance) and optimize for performance.
  • Prepare specifications and assets for the development team, support development, and conduct visual QA.
  • Extend and manage design system components, styles, and tokens.
  • Collaborate effectively with content, marketing, and engineering teams, as well as customers and stakeholders, as an integral part of an agile team.
  • Select and utilize appropriate tools to meet project-specific requirements.
