Change is an inevitable part of life 一 big or small, expected or unexpected, positive or negative. How we cope with these changes shapes our journey. Our new #CosmicKitchen episode delved into the art of navigating change, drawing parallels with the laws of physics and the culinary world.

Inertia and Change: a Culinary Analogy

In his inspiring talk, our first speaker, Anton Holubeu, shared the formula for success in professional and personal life. He emphasized the importance of 5 points:

· Learning
· Adaptability
· Proactivity
· Analysis.

The Art of Communication

Our second speaker, Ilya Shakutsin, an Atlassian administrator, explored the art of communication. Working with Jira since 2014, he witnessed its transformative power and shared some important principles.

Comparing communication to a layer salad, Ilya emphasized the importance of each layer 一 much like a culinary experiment. In addition, he shared a delightful Jirian khachapuri recipe.
