Project:

You will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale AI solutions embedded directly into client product ecosystems. Your mission: architect and deliver scalable, high-load AI platforms that solve complex business challenges using Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), intelligent automation, and modern cloud technologies. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you will define technical vision, guide architecture decisions, collaborate with engineering leadership, and actively participate in solution delivery when needed. 

required skills:

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, and AI system development.
• Proven hands-on experience building and deploying AI systems for enterprise-scale or high-load environments.
• Strong expertise in software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-native solution design.
• Experience with cloud and data platforms such as AWS, Databricks, or Snowflake.
  
• Practical experience designing and implementing RAG systems and GenAI-based solutions.
• Experience building AI-powered applications such as chatbots, intelligent assistants, or analytical AI systems.
• Proven track record designing scalable analytical and data-intensive systems.
• Strong understanding of modern AI/ML infrastructure, model integration patterns, and production deployment practices.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and architectural trade-offs clearly.
  
• English B2+. 

nice-to-have skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform.

responsibilities:

• Design and architect scalable AI systems serving large numbers of users and enterprise workloads.
• Define end-to-end AI solution architectures including GenAI, RAG pipelines, chatbot platforms, and analytical systems.
• Collaborate with customers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead architecture decisions across cloud and data platforms including AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, and related ecosystems.
• Participate in presale activities by providing technical expertise, solution vision, and architectural guidance.
• Ensure system scalability, reliability, security, and performance for high-load distributed environments.
• Maintain a hands-on approach when required, contributing to architecture implementation, technical reviews, and critical engineering decisions.
• Mentor engineering teams and establish best practices for AI platform development and cloud-native architectures.
