REQUIREd skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent discipline.
- 5+ years of professional consulting or equivalent industry experience in the design and development of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- 3+ years of recent hands-on systems configuration experience within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and strong understanding of SuccessFactors Recruiting, SuccessFactors Learning, SuccessFactors Onboarding, SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.
- Strong ability to facilitate discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions when necessary.
- Ability to travel to client locations.
- English B2+.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work directly with clients at all levels to guide complex projects and deliver innovative solutions.
- Lead business process re-engineering initiatives and drive technology enablement.
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships that extend beyond project delivery.
- Apply expertise in human capital management processes and SAP SuccessFactors to achieve business objectives.
- Facilitate solution architecture workshops to gather and define functional requirements.
- Configure and implement SuccessFactors solutions aligned with client needs.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to junior consultants and client teams, including end-user training and best practices.
