REQUIREd skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent discipline.
  • 5+ years of professional consulting or equivalent industry experience in the design and development of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  • 3+ years of recent hands-on systems configuration experience within SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and strong understanding of SuccessFactors Recruiting, SuccessFactors Learning, SuccessFactors Onboarding, SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.
  • Strong ability to facilitate discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions when necessary.
  • Ability to travel to client locations.
  • English B2+.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work directly with clients at all levels to guide complex projects and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Lead business process re-engineering initiatives and drive technology enablement.
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships that extend beyond project delivery.
  • Apply expertise in human capital management processes and SAP SuccessFactors to achieve business objectives.
  • Facilitate solution architecture workshops to gather and define functional requirements.
  • Configure and implement SuccessFactors solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to junior consultants and client teams, including end-user training and best practices.
