REquired skills:
- 2+ years of experience in a relevant project management or consulting role.
- Proven track record of successful project management using established methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).
- Experience delivering projects from portfolio to completion, with tangible results and client satisfaction.
- Hands-on experience managing tech projects, preferably in ERP or SAP implementations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery.
- Strong understanding of resource management, team coordination, and cross-functional collaboration principles.
- Practical experience with Agile approaches and frameworks in daily project execution.
- Knowledge of Time & Materials (T&M) and fixed-price project management models.
- Motivation to grow and develop in SAP project management and consulting.
- English B2+.

- Plan and oversee end-to-end SAP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, scope, and organizational standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, resources, and dependencies.
- Coordinate project teams, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery.
- Track project progress, identify and resolve issues, and manage risks through appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Plan, monitor, and control project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial objectives.
- Manage client communication, provide regular status updates, and participate in operational and management meetings.
- Coordinate project documentation, reporting, and the handover of implemented SAP solutions to support teams.
