REquired skills:

• 2+ years of experience in a relevant project management or consulting role.
• Proven track record of successful project management using established methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).
• Experience delivering projects from portfolio to completion, with tangible results and client satisfaction.
• Hands-on experience managing tech projects, preferably in ERP or SAP implementations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery.
• Strong understanding of resource management, team coordination, and cross-functional collaboration principles.
• Practical experience with Agile approaches and frameworks in daily project execution.
• Knowledge of Time & Materials (T&M) and fixed-price project management models.
• Motivation to grow and develop in SAP project management and consulting.
• English B2+.

• Plan and oversee end-to-end SAP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, scope, and organizational standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, resources, and dependencies.
• Coordinate project teams, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery.
• Track project progress, identify and resolve issues, and manage risks through appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Plan, monitor, and control project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial objectives.
• Manage client communication, provide regular status updates, and participate in operational and management meetings.
• Coordinate project documentation, reporting, and the handover of implemented SAP solutions to support teams.
