required skills:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), including strong expertise in SAC Planning, planning models, and applications.
• Solid experience with budgeting, forecasting, and management planning processes.
• Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA, its integration with SAC, and SAP CO and financial planning concepts.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional designs and planning solutions.
• Proven experience participating in SAP implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• English B2+ and Polish C1+ proficiency.

  responsibilities: 

• Design and implement SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning solutions, including planning models, input forms, dashboards, and reports.
• Develop and configure budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning scenarios, including cost center planning, activity rates, allocations, and settlement cycles.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops, and translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Design and configure planning models, calculations, workflows, and data integration between SAP S/4HANA and SAC.
• Collaborate with SAP CO, FI, PP, CO-PA, and Material Ledger consultants to ensure alignment with financial and operational processes.
• Contribute to reporting and analytics architecture design, including integration between SAP S/4HANA, SAC, and data warehouse solutions.
• Support data validation, integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution, and prepare functional documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
