required skills:

• 3-7 years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO.

• Strong knowledge of: General Ledger Accounting (GL), Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).

• Experience with SAP configuration (customizing) in FI and CO modules.

• Understanding of integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD).

• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot business processes.

• Experience with data migration and testing tools.

• Polish B2+ and English B2+.

nice-to-have skills:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

• Knowledge of Fiori apps.

• Basic understanding of ABAP debugging.

• Experience in international projects or shared service environments.

• Team management and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.

• Configure and support SAP FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders).

• Assist in SAP system implementations, rollouts, and enhancements.

• Perform system testing, debugging, and issue resolution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, etc.).

• Prepare functional specifications for developments and integrations.

• Provide user training and documentation.
