3-7 years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO.
Strong knowledge of: General Ledger Accounting (GL), Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
Experience with SAP configuration (customizing) in FI and CO modules.
Understanding of integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD).
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot business processes.
Experience with data migration and testing tools.
Polish B2+ and English B2+.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
Knowledge of Fiori apps.
Basic understanding of ABAP debugging.
Experience in international projects or shared service environments.
Team management and project management skills.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
Configure and support SAP FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders).
Assist in SAP system implementations, rollouts, and enhancements.
Perform system testing, debugging, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, etc.).
Prepare functional specifications for developments and integrations.
Provide user training and documentation.
