REquired skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience supporting SAP systems (in respective solution) in a business or IT environment.
- Strong understanding of business processes in one or more functional areas (e.g., source-to-pay).
- Experience with ticketing systems and IT support workflows (e.g., ITIL framework).
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Experience in creating documentation and end-user training materials.
- Ability to work by the US time zone.
- English B2+.
nice-to-have skills:
- Knowledge of SAP ECC R3: MM, PP, SD, FI.
- Knowledge of foreign languages.
- Carve-out expertise.
responsibilities:
- Provide daily SAP end-user support across multiple modules and time zones (Thailand–Australia).
- Troubleshoot incidents and service requests, escalating complex issues when needed.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization or improvements.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and recommend enhancements or workarounds.
- Support rollout of new features, patches, and updates; participate in testing and UAT.
- Maintain documentation (resolutions, user guides, configuration changes) and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Train and guide end users to improve adoption and efficiency.
