REQUIREd skills:
- Practical experience in the manufacturing sector (production, product development, or quality control).
- Basic understanding of product lifecycle processes (formulations, specifications, BOMs, recipes, etc.).
- Interest in IT systems and willingness to learn SAP PLM / SAP Cloud solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to structure information clearly.
- Good communication skills to interact with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Assist in configuring and testing system functionalities under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Prepare user documentation, process descriptions, and training materials.
- Participate in workshops, demos, and presentations for business users.
- Support the rollout of new features and ensure smooth adoption by the end users.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to resolve incidents and improve system usability.
