REquired skills:
- 3+ years of experience in IT project management, including hands-on experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Strong understanding of resource management, team coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience managing projects under Time & Material (T&M) and Fixed-Price models.
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with an interest in developing expertise in SAP project management.
- Bulgarian C1+ and English B2+ proficiency.
Nice-to-have skills:
- PSM I certification or equivalent Scrum/Agile certification.
- Previous experience managing SAP-related projects.

- Manage software development projects using Scrum and Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and supporting continuous team improvement.
- Plan and coordinate project resources, distribute tasks, and manage priorities across multiple projects.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate project meetings, and provide regular progress updates and reports to clients.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, documentation, and workflows using Jira and Confluence.
- Plan, monitor, and control project budgets, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, contributing to project estimates, planning, and proposal preparation.
