REquired skills:

• 3+ years of experience in IT project management, including hands-on experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Strong understanding of resource management, team coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience managing projects under Time & Material (T&M) and Fixed-Price models.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with an interest in developing expertise in SAP project management.
• Bulgarian C1+ and English B2+ proficiency.

Nice-to-have skills:

• PSM I certification or equivalent Scrum/Agile certification.
• Previous experience managing SAP-related projects.

responsibilities:

• Manage software development projects using Scrum and Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and supporting continuous team improvement.
• Plan and coordinate project resources, distribute tasks, and manage priorities across multiple projects.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate project meetings, and provide regular progress updates and reports to clients.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, documentation, and workflows using Jira and Confluence.
• Plan, monitor, and control project budgets, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, contributing to project estimates, planning, and proposal preparation.
