REquired skills:

• 8+ years of SAP TM experience, including 3+ years in a lead or architect role.
• Experience as a lead consultant or architect on at least 3 full end-to-end SAP TM implementations, ideally with multi-country rollouts.
• Expert knowledge of SAP TM processes (planning and optimization, freight orders, carrier management, freight settlement) and of embedded and standalone TM.
• Solid understanding of integration with S/4HANA, SAP EWM, and SAP BTP/CPI, plus TM technical aspects (BAdIs, PPF, Fiori, basic ABAP analysis).
• Strong communication skills: ability to defend architectural decisions and present to technical teams and C-level stakeholders.
• Polish B2.
• English B2.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define and own the end-to-end SAP TM solution architecture, including the choice of deployment model (embedded TM in S/4HANA vs. standalone) and fit with the wider logistics landscape.
• Design integration architecture between SAP TM and adjacent systems (S/4HANA, SAP EWM, Event Management, GTS, carrier portals, third-party TMS/WMS/ERP).
• Act as design authority on projects: make and document key design decisions, review functional and technical specs, and ensure consistency from requirements to build.
• Mentor Senior and Junior consultants and guide the team through the delivery lifecycle, from design and testing to go-live and hypercare.
• Lead pre-sales activities: architecture workshops, demos, and the solution part of RFP/RFI responses, including scope and effort estimation.
