REQUIREd skills:

    • 3+ years of experience leading IT projects using SAP S/4HANA, including both functional and technical projects such as system upgrades and greenfield implementations.
    • Experience managing 2+ full-cycle SAP projects, preferably involving SAP S/4HANA.
    • University degree in IT, business administration, business informatics, computer science, or a related field.
    • Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations and business transformation programs.
    • SAP Activate Project Manager or PMI/PRINCE 2 certification.
    • Proven experience in risk and issue management, financial management, and stakeholder management.

    • English B2+ and Latvian B1+.



      nice-to-have skills:

    • Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations (Greenfield and Brownfield), including a fit-to-standard approach.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects (national and international), including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Manage multiple SAP projects in parallel, ensuring scope, time, cost, and quality targets are met.
  • Support pre-sales and sales activities, including effort estimation, solution presentations, and project planning.
  • Coordinate cross-functional and vendor teams, providing technical and delivery leadership.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders at the management level.
  • Monitor project progress, deliverables, and financials, providing transparent reporting and risk management.
  • Foster a collaborative project environment that supports teamwork and knowledge sharing.
