We are looking for an experienced SAP Resource Manager who will join our team!

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of SAP consultants and developers
Conduct workload and project assignments, evaluate results, and present findings logically and easily
Hiring new team members in Lithuania
Participation in our projects in the Baltics states and Europe as a Consulting/Development team leader
Support office infrastructure
Support legal entity in Lithuania
Liaising with the head office accounting department
Formation of statements and invoices for payment (signing and verification by the head office)
Support for the process of calculating the salary of employees
Preparation of primary documents
Organization of official employment
Active support of the HR department in the development of the branch and interaction with Universities

Requirements:

Higher education in Technical or Financial Areas
Flexibility in resolving complex issues
Responsibility
Task and project-oriented
An open-mind and kind person
Experience in SAP ERP or SCM or CRM or BI or ABAP as a consultant or a software engineer
