REQUIREd skills:

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development team.

• Very good knowledge of Agile methodologies (i.e., Scrum, Kanban), project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project), and experience leading Agile events (planning, daily scrums, retrospective, release planning).

• Excellent English skills (written and spoken).

• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

• Skills and knowledge of risk analysis, facilitation, team leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and increasing project workflow transparency.

• Understanding of software development processes and procedures.

• 1-2 years (or more!) of experience in IT Project Management with a focus on web development. 

Nice-to-have skills:

• University degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent.

• Scrum Master certification or other relevant Agile certificates in the area of Project Management.

• Experience in software development.

• Experience managing complex projects with multiple streams, various risks, and a non-trivial stakeholder landscape.

• Ability to set up the most efficient and applicable communication approach, taking into account the cultural and personal specifics of the stakeholders.

• Experience with both SAP implementation and software development projects. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in full-cycle projects in the US and EU, across startups and enterprise, including direct collaboration with customers and stakeholders.

• Be a part of an Agile Scrum team, take responsibility for project tasks completion with the best quality and user experience.

• Manage the development team according to Agile methodologies and best practices.

• Be a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

• Monitor team performance and manage KPIs.

• Take responsibility for the project release delivery.
