required skills:

• 5+ years of SAP Consulting experience.

• Hands-on experience with SAP Profitability and Performance Management (SAP PaPM).

• Strong experience in data modeling and configuration of rules, functions, and calculation models within SAP PaPM.

• Experience integrating SAP PaPM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/BW4HANA, and non-SAP systems.
• Experience with SAP HANA data modeling and performance optimization.

• Understanding of profitability management, cost allocation, and transfer pricing concepts.
• Experience participating in all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to go-live support.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
• English A2+.

nice-to-have skills:

• SAP FI/CO consulting experience.
• Experience with SAP Analytics solutions.
• Knowledge of ABAP and ability to read/debug code.
• Experience with SAP PaPM Cloud.
  

Responsibilities:

• Conduct workshops and discovery sessions to gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Deliver user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Design and configure calculation models for cost allocation, profitability analysis, and transfer pricing.
• Configure distribution functions, simulations, allocations, and other SAP PaPM functionalities in Cloud and On-Premise environments.
• Integrate and extract data from SAP BW and other source systems.
• Ensure data consistency and quality across prototypes and production solutions.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Prepare functional and technical documentation.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot incidents, and implement enhancements.
• Collaborate with business users, architects, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
