REQUIREd skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent discipline required.
  • 5+ years of prior professional consulting or equivalent industry experience in the design and development of HCM solutions.
  • 5+ years of recent hands-on systems configuration experience within the SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM.
  • Experience with Success actors Employee Central, SuccessFactors Onboarding, SuccessFactors Performance & Goals, OR SuccessFactors Learning.
  • Strong ability to facilitate discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions when necessary.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations.
  • English B2+.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work directly with clients at all different levels to guide complex projects and develop innovative solutions.
  • Focus on business process re-engineering efforts and technology enablement.
  • Earn trusted client status and build relationships that extend beyond the project’s lifecycle.
  • Apply strong knowledge of human capital management processes and SAP technology to help clients achieve business objectives.
  • Facilitate solution architecting workshops with business managers, client staff, and end-users to determine functional requirements.
  • Configure SAP HR and SuccessFactors systems to meet client business requirements.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer and training of end-users, including sharing best practices.
  • Provide leadership to junior systems analysts and client personnel assigned to projects.
