REQUIREd skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting ERP systems (both Oracle and SAP) in a business or IT environment.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in one or more functional areas (e.g., finance, procurement, manufacturing).
  • Experience with ticketing systems and IT support workflows (e.g., ITIL framework).
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
  • Experience in creating documentation and end-user training materials.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.

nice-to-have skills:

  • Knowledge of foreign languages.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide day-to-day support to end users across ERP modules (finance, procurement, inventory, sales), troubleshooting incidents, and service requests.
  • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement optimizations or workarounds.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and recommend system enhancements.
  • Support rollouts of new features, patches, and updates, including testing and post-implementation support.
  • Document resolutions, configuration changes, and create user guides for knowledge management.
  • Provide training and guidance to end users while ensuring compliance with company policies and controls.
