REquired skills:

• 10+ years of SAP ABAP development experience, including at least 2–3 years as a technical lead or solution architect on full-cycle S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of modern ABAP as well as solid experience with classic developments (RICEFW).
• Understanding of SAP business processes and functional modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP) and how technical solutions support them.
• Experience with integration scenarios (Integration Suite/CPI, APIs, IDocs) between S/4HANA and non-SAP systems.
• Fluent Polish and Upper-Intermediate English.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of working directly with business representatives, key users, and customer management.
• Readiness for regular business trips and on-site presence at the customer's locations in Poland.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own the technical architecture of custom developments, extensions and integrations on a large-scale S/4HANA implementation, in line with clean core principles.
• Act as the key technical contact for the customer: run workshops with business representatives and key users, and translate their needs into clear, feasible solutions.
• Present and explain technical concepts, trade-offs, and risks to customer stakeholders and management in plain business language.
• Define development standards and design guidelines, and ensure quality through design and code reviews.
• Lead the development team and coordinate closely with functional consultants and the project manager.
• Estimate technical scope, manage technical risks, and support planning across project phases, from blueprint through go-live and hypercare.
• Work on-site at the customer's premises during key project phases (workshops, testing, cutover, go-live).
