REQUIREd skills:

• 5+ years of experience with Signavio or Celonis and process mining, including designing and implementing Celonis solutions from business requirements through implementation.
• Ability to understand complex end-to-end business processes and translate them into relevant Celonis use cases.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders, understanding their needs and advising them on appropriate solution options.
• Ability to provide technical and functional direction to Celonis developers throughout solution development.
• Solid understanding of data models, process models, KPIs, analyses, and Celonis solution architecture.
• Expertise in identifying process inefficiencies, deviations, control gaps, and automation opportunities through process mining.
• Experience working in a SOX-regulated environment, with a strong understanding of SOX controls and compliance requirements.
• English B2+.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Hands-on knowledge of major ERP platforms such as SAP and Oracle.
• Background in finance, procurement, order-to-cash, accounts payable, or other SOX-relevant business processes.
• Experience implementing continuous control monitoring or compliance analytics.
• Understanding of internal controls, audit requirements, segregation of duties, and control testing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with business stakeholders to define business needs, process challenges, and SOX requirements.
• Design and implement scalable Celonis solutions.
• Provide architectural and functional guidance to Celonis developers.
• Use process mining to identify control gaps, deviations, bottlenecks, and manual work.
• Develop solutions to strengthen SOX monitoring, exception management, and process transparency.
• Drive continuous process improvement through Celonis.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, standardization, and automation to deliver measurable business value.
