REQUIREd skills:

• 10+ years of experience in tech, with at least 5+ years specifically in SAP architecture and solution design.
• In-depth understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, and other SAP technologies, with hands-on experience in architecture, configuration, and deployment.
• Strong expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks, including TOGAF, SAP Activate, and Agile methodologies for enterprise architecture planning.
• Solid experience in business process reengineering and aligning IT systems with business goals.
• Proven experience in sales support and pre-sales activities for SAP solutions, including RFP responses, client workshops, and solution demos.
• Experience in managing large, complex SAP implementation projects and understanding the technical and business challenges involved.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive and manage stakeholder expectations, both internally and externally.
• Strong expertise in integrating SAP with other enterprise systems, databases, and cloud-based applications.
• German B2+ and English B2+.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end SAP solution architectures aligned with business goals, ensuring scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales and presales teams to shape client proposals and articulate the value of SAP solutions.
• Engage with clients to understand business challenges and deliver tailored architecture solutions through workshops and consultations.
• Establish and enforce enterprise architecture governance, standards, and best practices across SAP initiatives.
• Define and drive integration strategies between SAP and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process alignment.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across business and IT, ensuring alignment between architecture decisions and strategic objectives.
• Evaluate emerging SAP technologies and identify risks in solution design, proactively recommending innovations and mitigation strategies.
